Southeastern General Contractors is seeking a dependable and experienced Construction Manager to help lead projects from planning through completion. This role is ideal for someone who understands construction operations, communicates well with subcontractors and clients, and can keep projects moving on schedule and within budget. The Construction Manager will oversee jobsite activity, coordinate trades, maintain quality standards, and help ensure each project is completed safely and professionally. We are looking for a motivated leader who takes ownership, solves problems, and represents our company with integrity.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Manage day-to-day project activity
• Coordinate crews, vendors, materials, and schedules
• Communicate with clients, team members, and leadership
• Monitor project progress and help resolve issues as they come up
• Review job site conditions and support quality control
• Keep projects organized, documented, and on track
• Make sure safety standards and company expectations are followed
• Support project planning from start to finish
